These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Fire Solutions NW LLC ("Fire Solutions NW," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Fire Solutions NW sends transactional, service-related text messages only. Messages may include appointment confirmations, technician ETA notifications, inspection report availability, and inspection-due reminders. We do not send marketing, sales, or promotional text messages under this program.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on our service request form. Opting in is optional and is never required to receive service from Fire Solutions NW.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically up to 6 messages per month).
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Fire Solutions NW does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by signing up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
