SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we use your mobile phone number to send transactional, service-related messages only — such as appointment confirmations, technician ETA notifications, inspection report availability, and inspection-due reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. SMS opt-in is optional and is never a condition of receiving service. Your consent and our handling of your messaging data are also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through the opt-in process is used solely to operate Fire Solutions NW's own transactional messaging program.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with service technicians and with vendors that help us operate our business (such as scheduling, hosting, and communications providers) under confidentiality obligations — or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile/SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
